The User confirms that he is willing to provide the regulatory authorities with evidence of the legality of the origin of the assets. sitename will not verify in any way the legality of origin of the User's assets.

3.4 By accepting this agreement, the User confirms his or her right to have assets for investment on the sitename investment platform. It is not recommended to use borrowed funds or assets for investments the loss of which could significantly affect the User's well-being.

3.5 The User must keep its own tax reports and other reports required by law. 3.6 The User has access to all products offered on the sitename investment platform.

3.7. The user is not allowed:

Risk warning

6.1 By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User confirms that he is fully aware, without exception, of all financial risks of investing in cryptocurrency assets and cryptocurrency trading.

6.2 By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User confirms his consent to the denial of the guarantee of benefits.

6.3 By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User confirms that he/she understands and agrees to accept the possible negative profits from investing in the sitename platform associated with the volatility of the cryptocurrency market. sitename does not guarantee the declared earnings on deposits and is not responsible for the assets of platform users.

6.4 The client assumes full responsibility for his data and money, and further agrees that the sitename company is not responsible for possible losses caused by various circumstances.

7.1 The sitename Companies confirm their interest in receiving user feedback, including feedback related to negative experiences on the sitename investment platform.

7.3. sitename confirms its interest in receiving an evaluation of the quality of the services from the User.
